Suffice to say our fearless leader is probably off focusing on other things...

She founded Grow, back in 2019. And she's stayed pretty busy every since. Trust me...it's hard to get her to answer emails and sign time logs some days. (Just ask our interns).

So, yes..."Soon". There will be more information about Raven here. Maybe even something about changing her name from her legal name, Joni, to Raven, if you're really lucky!

Therapy with Raven

Due to the nature of her administrative role as practice owner and clinical director, Raven is not currently accepting new clients. She is currently focused on practice growth and supporting our growing team of therapists in building a strong, stable treatment resource for many years to come. If you are a former client of Raven's interested in returning to care, she would love to hear from you, and our team will help you find the best fit for your treatment needs in the present.

Clinical Consultation

Raven is offering clinical and business consultation for other therapists. Her role is shifting from direct clinician, to helping as many other therapists as possible develop highly competent treatment strategies for complex treatment needs. If you are a therapist interested in consultation, please feel free to reach out about options. Raven is an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, and has many years of comprehensive DBT experience in alignment with the Linehan Board of Certification's standards. She also utilizes interventions from ego states and IFS to provide a unique treatment approach that's proven highly effective with a variety of complex treatment needs. She is eager to support other clinicians in learning to trust themselves in their own therapeutic work, while building mastery in treatment interventions.
