she/her
Welcome! My name is Madeline Nash. I am a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor (MO), and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (IA) at Grow. I generally work with adults with trauma histories, the queer community, people working through life transitions, and chronically suicidal clients. I do sometimes hold space on my schedule for a select population of teens. I help clients process how their past experiences have impacted their current life, such as their relationships, how they view themself, and more.
Max Phillips, MSW, LCSW
Therapist
he/they
Hey hey! My name is Max, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with Grow. I work with adults who grew up in childhood trauma, including sexual trauma and religious trauma. I also love working with fellow LGBTQ+ folks, as well as people who are neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, PTSD) and are former high-achieving gifted kids. I love helping people get back in touch with their bodies and emotions after trauma, and learn how to create space for their mental and emotional needs in daily life.
Dana Elam, MSW, LMSW
Therapist
she/her
Hello! My name is Dana, and I am a Licensed Master Level Social Worker (LMSW) here at Grow. I work with individuals 16 and older with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, intellectual disabilities, and more. I thrive in helping folks who are navigating life with a disability or a loved one’s disability. I love helping individuals heal from family of origin experiences and learning how to parent differently than what they experienced growing up. If you want your therapist to help with identifying your priorities, setting boundaries with others, and crafting a life worth living, I may be the clinician for you!

Hi there! My name is Kim, and I am a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) at Grow. I work with teens 13 and older who are working on developing their identity, especially neurodivergent teens (ADHD, autism, etc). I also work with neurodivergent adults who are navigating a neurotypical world not always built for us. I enjoy working with clients who have been affected by substance use struggles, as well as couple’s and marriage counseling, with a polyamorous friendly and informed approach. I walk with people when they know something isn't right, but can't quite identify what it might be. I also enjoy helping people find their voice and learning how to become their own advocate.
