Hi there! My name is Sarajane, and I am the Administrative Coordinator at Grow. I work to support the skilled team of therapists here in getting scheduled with clients. I am often the person who new clients speak to first after they submit our online inquiry form. I strive to meet every person with kindness, compassion, respect, and openness. I firmly believe that not only should your relationship with your therapist be a safe and supportive space, but your relationship with Grow as a whole should be as well!

Hello! My name is Reagan, and I’m a therapist here at Grow. I primarily work with teens and young adults who have faced adversity and life challenges. I also specialize in working with athletes and neurodivergent individuals. I thrive in helping clients learn how to navigate their own emotions and strengthen their self-advocacy skills. My own life and athletic experiences have opened my eyes to a new way of seeing people, and by extension seeing the world. I want to help create a new era for athletes, where mental health discussion and support are not only available, but encouraged!

Hey, I’m Brenna! I work with neurospicy folks, kids, teen girls, all ages of adults, and those with developmental disabilities. I provide individual therapy, including EMDR and play therapy.

Adrienne Milburn, CIT

Graduate Counseling Intern

she/they

Hi, I’m Adrienne, and I’m a masters in counseling student at Central Methodist University. My personal philosophy on counseling is based in mindfulness. I’ve found the ability to identify emotions and experiences more accurately to be personally transformative. Helping you understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and physical body through mindfulness will allow you to live with less avoidance, increase understanding of and problem-solving for factors impacting your problems, and to learn new skills to create a life worth living. I look forward to working with people who are overwhelmed and not sure where to start with their problems. My ideal clients may struggle with perfectionism, overthinking, or managing functioning in the day to day. They may find themselves caring too much or too little about the feelings of others. Ultimately, for a successful therapy experience, I believe it’s important that you want change, and you want your circumstances to improve. If you’re motivated, we can find a path forward together!

Private Pay Rate: $50.00
